Moored in Gisborne, our own small boats carefully harvest fish on short, regular trips to ensure it is delivered to you Wharfside Fresh.
The small size of catch enables rapid chilling of the fish to ensure freshness.

Fillets are portioned into 250g servings, ideal for two people. The portions are sealed for freshness so can sit alongside other grocery items as part of the weekly shop and at home in the fridge or freezer.
Our commitment to freshness means fish is prepared, packed and dispatched from the factory on the same day.
