When you buy fish from the East Rock online store, your fish is delivered fresh to your door in an insulated box, direct from our factory in Gisborne.

Upon delivery we encourage you to refrigerate the packs that you intend to eat the week of your delivery and pop the rest in the freezer. When you are ready to use a frozen pack, simply move from the freezer to the fridge in the morning, and your fish will be ready to cook that night.

Fillets are portioned into 250g servings, ideal for two people. The portions are sealed for freshness so can sit alongside other grocery items in the fridge or freezer with no mess or leakage.

Each pack is marked with the boat which the fish was caught by, as well as the area the fish was caught in. Buying from the East Rock online store you can be confident that you are receiving consistently high quality, healthy, sustainable seafood direct to your door.

To retain optimum quality, we recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery to place it into a fridge or freezer. Orders are normally delivered early to mid-morning.
